About the Author
Choumie is a 32 years old French children's author and illustrator. She began to writing and illustrating children's stories two years ago, and it is one of her favorite things to do. She also enjoys creating jewelry and boxes with her illustrations. She particularly enjoys drawing girls and women, perhaps because she has three little girls of her own. Jenni is originally from Finland, but studied visual communication and illustration in England for four years and graduated this summer from The Arts Institute at Bournemouth. She is inspired by everything beautiful and thought provoking - like music and lyrics, good books and folklore, colours, birds (especially owls), weirdly shaped trees, dark forests and old cities with narrow streets and happy people. Her favourite working method is mixed media, combining watercolour, ink and digital elements. You can see more of her stunning work here:

Cédric Abt was born in 1988 in a small town in Picardie, France. After having obtained his baccalaureate in literature he moved into the plastic arts. He undertook a year of preparation at the school of drawing, Maurice Quentin de la Tour, before turning towards the graphic arts. He is at the moment in his third year at the école superieure des arts of St. Luc a Tournai. You can see more of his work here.

About the Author

Rosie Colligan graduated with an Honours degree in Design, majoring in illustration in 2006. She worked with a number of clients over the following years illustrating children's publications. Rosie enjoys working in both traditional water-colour and digital painting mediums. She is currently adding to her skill-base by studying 3D modeling and animation.
